Hypocracy 101

A fellow usher at church this weekend told me that he'd read something where a Christian leader said that if you vote on "moral issues," there's really no choice to make, you have to vote Republican. Rather than get riles, I said as calmly and gently as I could, "not necessarily, there are a LOT more moral issues than just abortion and gay marriage, those are just the two mist emotional which have been reduced to effective bumper stickers."

"I guess you're probably right," he admitted, but somehow I doubt he believed it.
